Our dedicated trainers offer one-on-one personal training sessions that are specifically tailored to you, ensuring that every workout aligns with your fitness aspirations, abilities, and preferences. 


We also provide semi-private training sessions for groups of 2-4 individuals. Our semi-private training fosters a supportive and motivating environment.

Meet the trainers!

Matt

Meet Matt! Matt is a J3U certified personal trainer with 2 years of in person training experience and 4 years of online coaching. He is a national level competitive bodybuilder and has a huge passion for the sport. Matt is also very proficient in nutritional supplementation. He is excited about helping you reach your fitness goals! 

Toni

Meet Toni! A former dancer and cheerleader, Toni has always loved staying active. After having her son in 2012, she began strength training with a personal trainer and quickly developed a passion that led her to become a trainer herself. Toni specializes in coaching mothers, former athletes, and working women—showing them it’s not only possible but necessary to care for themselves while balancing everything else. She’s passionate about proving women can enjoy life, reach their goals, and leave diet culture behind.
