He is a national level competitive bodybuilder and has a huge passion for the sport. Matt is also very proficient in nutritional supplementation. He is excited about helping you reach your fitness goals!
Meet Landan! Landan is an ACSM-certified personal trainer with 5 years in the fitness industry and 3 years of in-person training. With two degrees in Kinesiology and Sports Performance, he loves to work with individuals who are wanting to lose weight, build muscle, and live a healthier lifestyle!
